In order to innovate teaching and effectively impart knowledge to students. The purpose of this study is to develop the teaching materials and design teaching strategies and learning activities by AR/VR and applying the AR and reality to the teaching of the Elementary School aquatic biology curriculum to help the learners to experience the real experience. It hopes that this kind of teaching method can improve the learning effect of learners and explore the influence of AR/VR teaching methods on learners' interest in learning. This research pioneered the development and research of digital textbooks for AR/VR production of COSPACES EDU application software and established a set of procedures for using the software to implement AR/VR digital teaching materials. After the materials design, teaching activity design, sensitivity survey, statistics, and interviews. Analysis, and so forth confirmed that AR/VR digital teaching materials could indeed improve learning effectiveness and learning interest. COSPACES EDU AR/VR equipment purchase can save money and time so that teachers in other knowledge fields can change the program block module at any time by computer or mobile phone, and increase the interaction of character objects. Teachers can also use digital learning. Let students experience AR/VR teaching activities. The teaching activities of this study are students of two classes in the fourth grade of the elementary School of Pingtung County. Students who participated in this AR/VR teaching activity responded to questionnaire analysis, actual interviews, and academic results. 100% of students are willing to continue to use AR / VR to learn, the average progress of the test results before and after the test is 22.98 points, verify that the use of AR / VR multimedia teaching methods can indeed improve the learner's learning outcomes.
