This study will use SWOT analysis to explore the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats of a chain of English tutoring center and Supplementary education Industry, and further to explore the advantages and disadvantages of the three main financing channels for the industry. The research results of this study will provide franchisees who want to enter the industry, an important reference for entrepreneurial development, and also allow government agencies to be more explicit about the importance of the development of this industry.
