Summary: | 碩士 === 中國科技大學 === 企業管理系 === 107 === The purpose of this study is to explore the repurchase intention of customers willingness on professional ability and quality of service. We study the case of the optical industry. Data acquired from the questionnaires by using random sample survey for the consumer in North Taiwan. 677 valid questionnaires of the returned are evaluated in this study. Validation results are proposed from the questionnaires data which are processed by using descriptive statisics, reliability analysis, validity analysis, structural equation analysis, and pearson correlation analysis. The results show that the relationships of the professional ability and quality of service are important for the customer. Repurchase intention may affect by the different locations and the different periods of time and the different buyers. The studied results indicate that professional ability has a significant positive impact on service quality; professional ability has a significant positive impact on customers repurchase intention and quality of service has a significant positive impact on the customers repurchase intention.
