Application of multi-criteria decision method for selecting the interior decoration industry

碩士 === 中國科技大學 === 室內設計系 === 107 === This research aims to select a proper interior decoration industry by the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) combined Taguchi loss Function，AHP combined Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) and Fuzzy TOPSIS, respectively. Among 12 criteria associated with the selecting a proper interior decoration industry, there are 11 criteria reaching consensus by fuzzy Delphi method (FDM). The weightings of 11 criteria have been obtained from the analytical hierarchy process (AHP). Three methods are used to determine the rankings among three interior decoration industries. In the method of AHP combined Taguchi loss Function, the smaller the weighted Taguchi’s loss values, the better are the interior decoration industries. In the method of AHP combined TOPSIS and Fuzzy TOPSIS, the larger the coefficient of closeness, the better are the interior decoration industries. The results of this study indicate that, Fuzzy TOPSIS is the best method in selecting a proper interior decoration industry.
