| Summary: | 碩士 === 長榮大學 === 高階管理碩士在職專班(EMBA) === 107 === This study is aggregated the preliminary framework of the sustainable community assessment indicators by the collection of the relevant sustainable community literatures and uses the Fuzzy Delphi Methode Analysis to construct the sustainable community assessment revision model. At the same time the study was chose a community in Tainan that was awarded the National Sustainable Development Award from the Executive Yuan and was used The IPA (Importance Performance Analysis) method for empirical research and were proposed suggestions for improvement of sustainable community development.
This study is found by the empirical research: 1. The FDM experts believe that environmental facets are the most important criteria indicators for the sustainable community; 2. The FDM experts believe that the performance of the green building and the green energy and the health care services are relatively important and secondary standards indicators for the sustainable community.; 3.K community is needed to strengthen the relevant aspects of social and economic facets in the sustainable community; 4.K community is proposed five indicators :“the performance of the green building and the green energy” and “the promotion and protection for the community cultural assets” and "the community green space and the creation of space " and " the participation of stakeholders in the community decisions" and "the community sustainable economics" are the priority Improvement focus for the sustainable community policy.
