Summary:博士 === 中華大學 === 科技管理博士學位學程 === 107 === "Supply chain management" has rapidly become a management issue of concern to the business community over the past more than 10 years. Transaction Cost Economics (TCE) argues that the main goal of governance is to reduce opportunistic execution under uncertain conditions of contract creation. On the basis of the search for international competitive advantages and the productive cost advantages of developing countries, enterprises in developing countries have shifted to overseas investment to promote globalization and overseas investment. This study discusses the extended view of transaction cost economics, the correlation mechanism or effect of outsourcing contract and national economic development type. The questionnaire used in this study was drawn up by the Global Manufacturing Industry Group (GMRG), which is in line with the conditions of this research study, and has been widely used academia. GMRG is a global supply chain manufacturing practices of international academic research in organizational effectiveness. The research theme contains asset specificity, environmental risks, contract management, relationship management, manufacturing competitiveness, resource efficiency. Secondary Data for this study were from 19 countries and 22 version 4.0 sample survey of 987 of the industry classification. The main findings are as follows: 1. If RU is increasing, the small-medium firms tend to increase the use of CG, and all firms reduce to use RA while the large firms incline to reduce the use of the RA more than the small-medium firms. 2. The performance of the large firms is higher than the small-medium firms, that increase the use of CG and RA can enhance the performance of MC. 3. If AS is increasing, lower MC inclines to increase the use of CG, and higher MC inclines to increase the use of RA. 4. A lower MC affects RU to CG, RA to RE, and RE to MC more significantly. And also indicates that a higher MC affects CG to RE and RA to MC more significantly
