Summary: | 博士 === 中華大學 === 科技管理博士學位學程 === 107 === There is a common Centerline Shifting Effect was found in the metal material manufacturing of industry that always makes users’ trouble, and the Centerline Shifting Effect will occur especially when there are cracks exist. If the workpiece break happened in used, then the security crisis is inevitable which is a far-reaching influence. To seek the solution, this research based on mode II test specimen as the sample, Boundary Element Method was used to simulate and analyze the aluminum alloy what is its measure of the midline offset after the shear force is loaded. The result shows that the offset measure is 0.048 o when the Boundary Element Method is used. Based on the result, to seek the up and low bound of the offset measure while Monte Carlo Simulation was used, then the largest and the lowest offset are 0.061o and 0.039 o, respectively, those two data are closer to the industry actual status. This result of the research refers a feasible solution to industry, which increases the applicability of the process of metal material manufacturing and decreases the precision error of workpiece while the midline offset happened and avoids the serious security crisis when the workpiece break in used because of the Centerline Shifting Effect happened.
