Participants in the 2016 Taichung Challenge Big Three-Dimensional Bicycle Challenge were selected as the objects of questionnaire. A total of 550 questionnaires were issued, and 476 questionnaires were collected. The study used SPSS software. to conduct statistical analysis. The results of the study as follows: (1)the personal attributes of the participants in the bicycle activities are consistent with most of the perceptions of service quality, recreation experience and satisfaction of the previous studies, (2)participants in different educational levels have different perceptions of the quality of bicycle activity services, (3)different genders have different requirements for environmental experience,(4)participants of different ages have a variation in bicycle activity awareness in the self-growth experience, and (5)Pearson correlation analysis and regression analysis verified that Taiwan's bicycle activity service quality has a significantly positive relationship with recreation experience and satisfaction. Also, the study indicates that in the practice of bicycle activities, the high service quality’s planning activity has positive experience value for the self-growth, environment and psychology of the participants and is also the best source of satisfaction for bicycle activities.
