This work was focused on using commercial millimeter wave components and phase control circuit in PCB to design 60GHz beam forming transmitting antenna. We have integrated the power amplifiers, low noise amplifiers, SoC TR module, and RF switches to build up the 60GHz beam forming RF transceiver system.
