| Summary: | 碩士 === 中華大學 === 電機工程學系 === 107 === Wireless Network has become an indispensable part in our daily life. However, withever-changing multimedia technology, the demand on high-speed transmission of audio and video is increasing. The 60GHz is one of the most popular band as discussed.
This work was focused on using commercial millimeter wave components and phase control circuit in PCB to design 60GHz beam forming transmitting antenna. We have integrated the power amplifiers, low noise amplifiers, SoC TR module, and RF switches to build up the 60GHz beam forming RF transceiver system.
