The case study method is used to explore the H store and the causal relationship and influence between the factors are obtained through the expert questionnaire. Then the DEMATEL (decision laboratory analysis method) is used. analysis. After the study found that the core factors of the catering industry's willingness to repurchase are: the location of the catering industry, the overall environment of the catering industry, the satisfaction of preferential activities, the price of goods, and the service quality of the catering industry. These five factors are most likely to affect the overall response. , resulting in the final success or failure of the restaurant industry. The results of this study will allow food and beverage operators to improve as a factor to increase the number of customers in the restaurant industry to purchase and repurchase.
