Therefore, the service quality and satisfaction of the industry have a profound impact on customer choices. The will of the factory is the subject of the most concern of the company. How to make old customers regain their patronage and not consolidate the original market, how to further create new competitive advantage strategies to attract new customers and maintain long-term stable relationship with customers and improve service quality and satisfaction. It will be the focus of business opportunities and the key to winning from competition with other players. This study chooses to use the actual visit method to conduct a questionnaire survey on the supervision units, inspection companies, relevant department scholars and experts in the Hsinchu area and the old customers who have returned to the factory for more than ten years. Another consideration is that the available resources and equipment cannot be affected again due to the improvement. Factor and other factors, combined with the decision-making laboratory analysis method (DEMATEL) two-phase comparison method, analyze the key factors with core influence; and divide all the factors into four categories, respectively, "high core factor, driving factor , independent factors and affected factors, to provide decision makers or relevant industry players to develop appropriate countermeasures to enhance the competitiveness of the industry's resources and effectiveness in the industry.
