Firstly, through related literature review, it is helpful to understand the operational characteristics of logistics robot, such as the Kiva robot of Amazon. Then, this study proposed three storage assignment strategies which are based on the concept of product combination of EIQ analysis. Due to the lack of real case and data, this study adopted a simulation experiment to evaluate the efficiency of proposed storage assignment strategies of movable light-rack. Based on the 100 order data randomly generated in the simulation experiment, we find out the specific product combinations that appear more than 4 times together, and design three strategies of storage assignment. This thesis mainly through simulation orders and portfolio analysis, ABC analysis is first-class order to make a combined analysis of commodity grade product. The proposed strategies substituted ABC-classification occurred only up to four times more common product composition, combination product composition 97, the total number of mobile Analysis calculated 761 times improvement rate 23.9%, a combination of a common rack 135, and then put forward three strategies to remove B and C product and product assortment C products and products C not use Combination product composition 72, the analysis calculates the total number of times the mobile 815 was improved 18.5%, a combination of a common rack 87 , then plan a complete storage spaces assigned.
