SAP Ranked first in the world ERP software system that demonstrates the integrity of the SAP system. But it also makes those who want to enter the field often timid about the powerful SAP. Even the SAP TERP original teaching materials used in ERP courses in the universities are more inclined to the theoretical basis and lack of practical process operation. During the professional certification exam, it does not check out students on how to operate the system. Even if you get a professional license after class, it doesn't mean you know how to use the system.
Therefore, this research develops a set of SAP module teaching materials suitable for beginners for SAP's financial accounting module. According to the enterprise's real process, write a module practice case, to illustrate the operation process of each step by the graphic method. Not only does it make it easier for beginners to quickly learn in the vast field of SAP, but sap readers are also able to connect theory and practice to understand and integrate the process concepts of a single system. In addition, this research will compare the differences between SAP and WorkFlow ERP GP system that is the highest market share in the country. In order to ensure the effectiveness of the teaching materials, the study arranged 80 subjects to actually carry out ERP process tasks, using the satisfaction measurement table used by most people in the past as a questionnaire survey to measure the participants' satisfaction, usefulness and usability of the teaching materials after using the teaching materials.
The results of this research show that there is no significant difference in the satisfaction of teaching materials, the satisfaction of operation process, the usefulness of teaching materials and the usability of teaching materials in different genders. There are significant differences in the satisfaction of the general ledger process in different learning experiences. After analysis, it was found that those who had learned SAP systems were higher than those who had not, but there is no significant difference in the satisfaction of teaching materials, the usefulness of teaching materials and the usability of teaching materials. There are significant differences in the satisfaction of teaching materials in different teaching material units. After the after-the-fact comparison, it was found that the satisfaction of the teaching materials of the fixed asset unit was higher than the general ledger unit. There are significant differences in operational process satisfaction in different teaching material unit. After the after-the-fact comparison, it was found that the fixed asset unit is higher than the accounts receivable unit, however, there is no significant difference in the usefulness of teaching materials and the usability of teaching materials in different teaching material unit. After using this research material, the participants in the study, regardless of the boys and girls, have learned or have not learned sap system of teaching material content satisfaction, operational flow satisfaction, teaching material usefulness and ease of use of the average score of more than 4 points, showing that the study design of teaching materials are generally to make students satisfied, useful and easily to use.
