Summary: | 碩士 === 中華大學 === 企業管理學系 === 107 === Concern for the rural villages and development is a priority of the Central Government’s agricultural policy, The Council of Agriculture (COA) has promoted the rural regeneration program, a base-level training program to stimulate potential capabilities and generate a sense of collective identity in rural communities. Since the high out-migration rates in rural youth and agricultural trade liberalization restricted rural development and competitiveness, transform the mode of production in agriculture, improve the quality of life in rural, and create an economy works for rural are the most important part of village development. The Hankeng community is located on the side of a hill of Hsinchu County’s Xinpu Township. Due to its topography and location, water shortage and wind are the climate features of Hankeng community. Therefore, persimmon is the main agricultural production, secondly are pear, tangerine and tea leaf. Furthermore, the wind of September makes a special flavor of persimmon that become famous in the country, that given an impetus to transform the traditional agriculture here into recreational agriculture and established specialized agricultural production area. According to in-depth interview result, integrate the existing community industry, emphasize the idea of the rural regeneration program “bottom-up”, base on the basic rural survey and community residents’ willingness analysis, the Hankeng community joined the rural regeneration program. The HanKeng community development strategy take “persimmon” as a vision, display the sensory of persimmon around the community, develop natural and cultural tourism industry though the beauty of persimmon dye (the sense of sight), the natural music singing by birds and insects (the senses of sound), the good smell of wood vinegar while using charcoal kiln (the senses of smell), tasty and chewy persimmon (the senses of taste), characteristic sculpting in clay and ceramics cutting and pasting (the senses of touch). The spirit of this study is to make HanKeng community a good living area with persimmon tourism industry.
