Summary: | 碩士 === 中華大學 === 科技管理學系 === 107 === This study takes the method of action research to integrate the book into the first grade mathematics teaching, in order to understand the use of picture books in mathematics teaching situation, and understand the impact of picture books into mathematics teaching on teachers and students in the first year of the elementary. The teaching object of this study is the first year dynamic class composed of 26 students,and divided the research process into two action cycles,integrating six picture books into six units of teaching, data collection includes class video, student feedback after class, colleague and students interview and researcher's notes.
The research results of the study can be divided and further discussed in the following sections:
1.Picture book integration into the first grade of mathematics teaching activities design and teaching process:
Picture book selection has a complete storyline, mathematical concepts and interactive content, to help students learn. Furthermore, using different teaching strategies in teaching, use of interesting picture books to arouse learning motivation, through the story situation of the extension of the problem, so that students can follow the protagonist into the situation of daily life to explore mathematics, the mathematical concept and their own life experience link, so that students ' learning has a more reserved effect.
2.Influence on students by integrating picture books into the first grade mathematics teaching:
Activities can enhance students ' interest in learning, picture books a wealth of graphics and interesting storyline integration, arouse students ' ability to explore actively, and then construct a complete mathematical concept.
3.Reflection and growth on teachers by integrating picture books into the first grade mathematics teaching:
The choice of picture books, should be considered by many, mathematical concepts and fun can be taken into account is preferred. Through the teaching of picture books this integration, improve the teaching ability of teachers,
through the integration of picture books, with rich and interesting graphics and text as guidance and links, and the use of a variety of teaching strategies, from the study of literature, and discuss of colleague and the continuous thinking of the self to obtain inspiration, and gradually enhance teacher’s teaching ability.
