碩士 === 中華大學 === 科技管理學系 === 107 === Because of the recession of economy, the most governments start focusing on the combination of national defense industries and civil industries, and releasing non-cored national defense operations to the commerce dealers step by step in order to reach the goal of cost down for operation maintanance. According to the reasons that national defense budge would be affected by environment, politics, economy etc. and the consideration issues of the policy of government, finance, development of national economy and national security, the suppliers always hold their position and keep their eyes on these uncertain situations, make the inefficient procurement operations happened. Therefore, how to utilize the scientific ways to choose the most appropriate suppliers from limited resources and highly varied restricted situations would be the issues of military procurement. This study takes the purchasing of military products as research range, uses AHP, questionnaire investigation and document probing to develop a method of 3 steps supplier selection model for military products suppliers. Thus, we could rely on this method to reach suppliers reduction, improve the efficiency of military procurement, and the goal in support of military operations.
