However, there were many food safety problems and environmental pollution was very serious in recent years. Due to these reasons, more and more Taiwanese want to eat good food to improve their health. This idea has driven the development of the organic food industry. However, due to factors such as price, organic food is not as popular as normal food. Many news media academic research have discussed how to make people buy more organic food. Most of these investigations and studies explore the relationship between it and the willingness to buy organic foods from a certain cause. This study hopes to systematically and comprehensively analyze the factors affecting the purchasing intention of organic foods by systematic dynamics, and construct a causal feedback graph model to understand the causal relationship between variables. This study analyzes the factors affecting the willingness to buy organic foods with three aspects: purchasing power, product demand, and product popularity. Through the system dynamics causal feedback loop diagram and verification description, the research results show that the important driving factors are: vendor marketing ability, product quality, preferential discount, personnel cost, price, income level, government subsidy, regulatory perfection, and law enforcement. force. Based on these drivers, this study recommends organic food-related companies: improving marketing capabilities, improving product quality, holding promotional activities, and making good use of technology to reduce personnel costs. The study also recommended relevant government units: subsidizing organic food producers; enacting laws regulating organic foods and combating black heart foods; and strengthening the investigation of black heart foods.
