碩士 === 中華大學 === 科技管理學系 === 107 === Cultivating international talents is the primary educational goal, nowadays in response to the current world trend. Universities in Taiwan offer a variety of overseas learning activities in order to equip students with their international perspective. The purpose of this study is to explore the correlation between the participation willingness, selection considerations, core competence training, importance and satisfaction of college students who participate in overseas learning activities. And explore the differences of college students in various influencing factors under different background variables. In this study, college students from Chung Hua University were selected as the research objects, and the questionnaire survey was conducted by means of purposive sampling. Survey results are analyzed with reliability analysis, descriptive statistics analysis, independent-samples t-test, one-way ANOVA, paired samples t-test, and Importance-Performance Analysis. The conclusions of the study are as follows: 1. The best way to get the course news is from the website of school. Free courses are the most common reason for students to attend. On the other hand, "Unable to cooperate with the time" is the most common reason for not attending the course. 2. Students believe that the course should be increased the curriculum related to Global Issues Solving. 3. According to the students saying, the most important influencing factors are "security conditions of the destination" and "proper itinerary planning". And the most satisfying factor is "Never been to the destination". 4. "Contacting with the local students " is the top priority for improvement.
