It mainly analyzes the reasons why the officers choose to leave the workplace to transfer to the instructors for various reasons, and analyzes the causal relationship of the influence. The purpose is through the system dynamics causal feedback loop diagram. And verify the instructions to explore. In this study, systematic dynamics method is used to systematically and comprehensively analyze the factors affecting the willingness of volunteers to transfer to the instructors, and construct a set of causal feedback graph models to understand the causal relationship between variables. The results of the study are based on three aspects: professional identity, job satisfaction and family support. The important driving factors are: student life counseling, promotion of national defense responsibility, teaching interest, volunteer service, lack of instructor According to these driving factors, in-depth discussion of the influence of officers in the military and schools, and further explore the significance of instructors in schools, this study, the frequency of resident mobilization, restrictions on business regulations, and opportunities for family care and family care. It is suggested that the increase in the number of volunteers, the relaxation of regulations and the ability to handle emergency care at home, and further explore the significance of the transfer of instructors in schools.
