Furthermore, this factor highly influences the achievement to the organization’s goal. There are two different kinds of leadership styles. One is transformational leadership style and the other is transactional leadership style. Each leadership style affects job satisfaction differently (Burns, 1978). This study used a logistic regression model to find any relationship between job satisfaction and leadership style. Data was collected through an online survey from 102 random employees in Xac Bank, one of commercial banks in Mongolia. Finally, empirical results illustrated that job satisfaction, as a dependent variable, has a statistically significant relation to leadership style, which is an independent variable in this study.
