Based on relevant literatures and questionnaires, this study revised the “motivation yystem” and “job performance” scales as research tools. This study used questionnaires to collect 307 valid questionnaires. Statistical analysis based on the data obtained from the questionnaires. The findings are as follows. 1.Part of the difference in job performance between hospital grassroots employees with different demographic variables was partially established. 2.There is no significant relationship between the grassroots employees of different genders in their Job Performance. 3.Part of the difference in job performance between grassroots employees at different levels of marital status was partially established. 4.Part of the difference in job performance between the grassroots employees of different working years was partially established. 5.Part of the difference in job performance between the grassroots employees of different jobs in different work level was partially established. Finally, based on the relationship between the research results “motivation yystem” and “job performance”, some suggestions were provided in this search.
