Summary:碩士 === 中華大學 === 行政管理學系 === 107 === This research was conducted by the researcher is hearing impairments who is stable in work and use in depth interview outline to interview the employment history of six hearing impaired people with stable employment。It mainly discusses the current situation of the work of hearing impaired、the problem encounter after entering the workplace and other factors affecting employment. Therefore the purpose of the research is to: 1.Understand the situation of hearing impaired in the workplace to explore whether workplace communication is the biggest factor affecting the employment of hearing impairments. 2.Understand the relevant factors and circumstances of the work adaptation of the hearing impaired. 3.Understand the other factors that may affect the employment of hearing impaired. 4.According to the research conclusions, to provide some new directions of thinking or specific suggestions for the hearing impaired and the enterprise, and indirectly help to better understand each other and help the persons of hearing impaired to quickly enter the working state. This conclusion of this research was to be summarizes as following: 1.The working situations: the recruiting information independent of finding a job and participating in the interview。Most of the communication questions will be initiated so there is no problem in the part of communication. 2.Adaptation after entering the workplace: the adaptation situation、work attitude、performance and workplace communication are not bad. 3.Problems encountered after entering the workplace: take time to receive messages and adapt to workplace mode, answer the calls, and work content. 4.The personal factors that affected disabled employees’ stable employment: personal natures、the background of environmental, and will of working. 5.The environment factors that affected disabled employees’ stable employment : workplace acceptance、workplace culture、market demand、work item、treatment、community resource , and workplace interactions etc. Finally, according the research conclusions provide relevant opinions and suggestions for hearing impairments、school teachers、training institutions、government agencies、employers and the workplaces.
