This study uses the Likert five point scale as measure and takes Quartile difference(QD) as a standard for statistical analysis of the data to provide a measurement for verifying the consistency between relevant references and suggested policies. The outcome of the questionnaire shows that the “equipment and environment” facet “there is a student transportation vehicle or commuting system” and “General School Cur-riculum” facet “characteristic courses.” The design focuses on practical operations, life experiences and a wide spectrum of activities to stimulate learning enthusiasm and interest” (most effective). Conclusively, the main goal of presented research is to provide recom-mendations for researchers to stipulate future educational policies.
