From the data analysis, the rationalization of the O-ring thickness and the machine housing assembly interference design, in the test results, the resulting data is analyzed for integration. Waterproof products based on machines for outdoor use, O-ring design requires consideration of operational requirements, allows the user to turn on the function setting, charging and removing the memory card (Micro SD card), assemble the back cover, the machine can still achieve waterproof function. Experimental results show that 4 different O-Ring are tested. Finally, the O-Ring with only one specification is the most suitable for mass production, the optimal interference of the O-Ring and the shell is 0.25mm.
