It discusses how banks can improve their overall business performance by means of better wealth management due to changes in strategies. This study takes the business performance of the case bank from 2016 to 2018 as the interval, and in 2017, the financial consultant company evaluates how to increase the wealth management fee incomes, so the banks operational performance has grown. Then we will discuss the impact of the wealth management on the banking industry performance. The followings are research purposes, including exploring the impact of wealth management business by transferring domestic banks main profit to it. After that, we will explore how can case bank optimizing the business performance by analyzing their wealth management optimization. In addition, we will make appropriate suggestions for the case future development and provide the research results to domestic banking industry for future managing. Based on the results of this study, we found the following key points of developing the wealth management business: 1.The continuous support of the bank’s head office. 2.The professional quality and enthusiasm of the bank wealth management officer. 3.Bank wealth management optimization and financial products should have a competitive advantage. 4.Cross-departmental cooperation and cooperation can build consensus
