Because of the limited hospitalization time, examine factors at admission can evaluate proper patients to stay in the program. Methodology: This is a retrospective study of case review. There were 281 PAC-CVD patients admitted from a regional hospital from 2015 to 2018. The patients were divided into two groups depending on their independent walking ability at discharged and used the ordered logit model for estimation. Conclusions: The age of stroke onset and the Berg's Balance Test (BBT) score at admission were related to motor function. Patients with lower than 13 and 20 points of the BBT score at admission were less likely to return to the functional walking while discharged. Additionally, they were not able to be recruited into the PAC-CVD program to reduce medical conflicts. J. T. Sheu 許績天 2019 學位論文 ; thesis 58 zh-TW
