Talent management are even more important and crucial. Informal learning will be one of the key factors to cultivate talents. Fun in the workplace, team climate and self-efficacy directly and indirectly affect informal learning relationship. Using the questionnaire survey, the study included gender, marriage, age, education, company seniority and group seniority, etc., and the impact on informal learning. The conclusion is as follows: 1.The fun in the workplace, team climate and self-efficacy have a significant positive correlation with informal learning. 2.The relationship between team climate and informal learning is not significant. 3.The relationship between self-efficacy and informal learning is significant. 4.Education has a significant positive correlation with informal learning and self-efficacy.
