碩士 === 國立中正大學 === 會計資訊與法律數位學習碩士在職專班 === 107 === Abstract This study compares and analyzes the food industry cases of listed companies in Taiwan as a discussion of the impact of corporate governance of listed companies in Taiwan on the operational performance of the food industry and the sustainable operation of the company. Comparative Uni-President Enterprises Corporation. and Wei Chuan Foods Corporation. In the October 2013, when the food safety incident occurred, the corporate governance system and its financial ratio were compared and trended to study the corporate governance system of Taiwan listed companies, and observe the extent to which case companies practice corporate governance and fulfill corporate social responsibility to Taiwan. The operational performance of the food industry and the impact of sustainable business operations, the results of research and analysis prove the importance of corporate governance. It is expected to contribute to the current research shortcomings of the corporate governance system of Taiwan listed cabinet companies for the reference of the improvement of the operation management of Taiwans food industry and other industries.
