The system contains microcontroller, Ethernet network module, bluetooth wireless communications module, and self-developed mobile device application. In the system, mobile device application monitors battery information on BMS through the wireless transmission of bluetooth or internet as well as enables the remote monitoring of load fan used for BMS power supply.The research uses Arduino Mega as microcontroller, HC-05 as bluetooth wireless communications module, and Arduino Ethernet Shield W5100 as Ethernet network module to establish server through wireless transmission technology. HC-05 and Arduino Ethernet Shield W5100 are used to transmit battery information (voltage, current, temperature, and residual battery status) measured on BMS to mobile device application through wireless transmission method via bluetooth or internet for users to see.
