Providing a good information system could make the service more convenient and the game would be smoother. It could also reflect the strength of the organizer. The official website of athletic games had also become an indispensable part of today's sports games. The purpose of this study was to apply three dimensions in the information system model: 1. information quality; 2. system quality; 3. service quality and three dimensions in the innovative characteristics: 1. compatibility; 2. complexity; 3. observation to explore the usage satisfaction to the official website of 2019 National Intercollegiate Athletic Games. The research method was applied by convenience sampling and the subject was selected by users of the official website of 2019 National Intercollegiate Athletic Games and using online questionnaire survey. The research subjects were divided into seven types: referee, staff, coach, team staff, players, volunteers, audience. The questionnaire was distributed during the National Intercollegiate Athletic Games in April 2019. A total of 371 questionnaires were sent, and 326 response questionnaires were collected. The questionnaire average response rate 88%. Structural equation pattern analysis by using SPSS 21.0 and AMOS 21.0.
According to the statistical analysis of the questionnaire, the conclusion was as follows: First, the information quality in the information system success model positively affected the usage satisfaction; service quality positively affected usage satisfaction; system quality had no significant effect on usage satisfaction. Second, the compatibility of innovation characteristics positively affected the usage satisfaction; observation positively affected the use satisfaction; complexity had no significant effected on usage satisfaction. Third, the use of satisfaction was positively affecting by the information system success model and innovative features in the full model. The results of this study that the official website experience and knowledge with a view to providing future-sponsored schools and establishments and developers as a reference to successful information system mode as the basis for the future athletic games official website quality continuously improve and promote to the international level, organized as part of standard and opportunities for the future international athletic games.
