However, this teaching method presents difficulties when trying to stimulate students independent thinking and an interest in continued learning. In recent years, physical education curriculum advocates, ”Learning-by-doing” in middle school. The goal is to cultivate students to have spontaneous and interactive ability.   This study used the action research method, utilizing Jiayi County Tongji Middle School second year grade students as the research participants, consisting of two classes, for a total of 60 students. The "Fun Teaching Action plan", was used to analyze the effectiveness of the implementation of the middle School Kendo Course. This research evaluated the students learning experiences and emotions. It also discussed students’ strategies when met with difficulties during the process in Kendo class. By collecting the information from practical observation, photography, video recording, teaching records, student questionnaire, student interviews and the opinions of collaborating researchers. This research analyzed the overall effectiveness of the “Fun Teaching Action Plan”.   The results of this study showed that by the aid of “Fun Teaching Action plan”, Kendo students maintain positive attitudes towards learning in curriculum activities. This method enhances students’ willingness and interest toward continued learning. It not only enhanced the ethos of Kendo teachings, but also resulted in people being more willing to learn Kendo as well as increase the teaching effectiveness of the course.     The of a fun teaching strategy in the Kendo course does help to improve the willingness of the middle school students to learn the Kendo movement. It not only enhances the ethos of learning kendo, but also makes more people willing to learn kendo and promote the teaching effectiveness of the overall kendo course.
