Gradually break the impression that the projector is bulky and expensive. The market for projectors will gradually attract consumers with competitive advantages such as miniaturization, lightweight, high image quality and affordable price. Because of these various characteristics and changes, it will drive the economic scale of the projector industry. From the technical aspects of the projector, in order to improve the pixel resolution of the projector, not only the optical design but also the voice coil motor plays an important role. The voice coil motor is the actuator of the projector. Therefore, improving the performance of the voice coil motor can effectively improve the pixel resolution of the projector device. The target of this thesis is to design a series of voice coil motors that conform to specific projector. By the design of the external structure, we can achieve the advantages of lightweighting and miniaturization. In addition, by using the simulation software ANSYS Maxwell, we can analyze the magnetic circuit design and simulation, and effectively improve the Lorentz force of the voice coil motor.
