Summary: | 碩士 === 國立中正大學 === 電機工程研究所 === 107 === The reliability and stability of power supply are very important for the cogeneration system. When a major power accident occurs in the system, if the accident can’t be isolated in time, it will cause huge loss. This study mainly discusses the power system response of the Lin-Yuan Plant of Chinese Petroleum Corporation (CPC) in the face of various possible failures, and proposes a defense strategy, in order to protect the system from equipment damage and production losses.
This study collects the transmission system data of Taipower and the power system data of CPC Lin-Yuan Plant, and establishes a simulation platform for power system stability analysis by PSS/E power system analysis software. This study calculates the critical clearing time for the point of common coupling, and examines the protective relay settings and the load-shedding strategy to ensure the reliability and stability of CPC Lin-Yuan Plant.
