Summary: | 碩士 === 國立中正大學 === 資訊管理系研究所 === 107 === With the popularity of technology, many companies have adopted big data analytics to maintain their competitive advantage. However, how to brings the big data analytics’ value effectively, and how to let it enhances the competitiveness is a challenge that enterprises must to face. A lot of cases failure because improper adoption the big data analytics, there is too many to enumerate. Therefore, this study combines the characteristics of big data and the enterprise user’s perspective to find out the key to the success of enterprises using big data analytics and its value.
Based on the technology-organization-environment model, this study explores the external influences of users in the use of big data analytics based on three levels of factors and the characteristics of big data’s data facets. In addition to this, this study also joins the user facet, able to understand the intrinsic impact of enterprise users on the use of big data analytics, and the last this study take user satisfaction and individual impact as an indicator to evaluate the success of successful applications of big data analytics. The research object of this study is the employees who use big data analytics in the enterprise. According to the 236 valid samples collected, the statistical software analytics results show that: individual mindfulness, connectivity, organizational compatibility and organizational readiness affect the use of big data analytics, it will have a positive and significant impact on user satisfaction and individual value; and according to the research results, the active and the passive use of the BDA will cause differences in the use of the user. The users requested by the enterprise are not follow their own will to use big data analytics, so the results of using big data analytics are ineffective.
Finally, according to the research results, the research suggestions on academic and practical aspects are proposed. Due to the rapid changes in the business environment, it is necessary to consider the changes in the characteristics of big data in the future, and the value of big data analytics to other aspects of the business when the technology development is mature enough.
