Based upon the estimation of Ten-year Long-term care Project 2.0 in Taiwan, the needs of population will be more than one million people by the year of 2026. That will be a great challenge for long-term care systems of Taiwan. The direction of long-term care systems were constructed from the administrative system of their respective development policy, gradually towards the integration of long-term care related ministries policy and resources, that is, public-private cooperation to develop a diversified long-term care service model, the establishment of step-by-step subsidies and partial burden mechanism. In order to enhance the function of long-term care service and information integration, it is urgent to carry out information system integration operation, so as to effectively integrate long-term care information, improve the individual services of the public and establish a home-based database, and provide real-time, integrated management planning and policy analysis of the government. The rapid development of information and communication technology as well as the response to the elderly society has made the information systems been gradually introduced to the institutions in recent years in Taiwan. The purpose of this study is to investigate the satisfaction for long-term care management centers and service providers under the Taiwan Long-term Care 10-year plan 2.0. Cross-section survey with questionnaire administration was conducted and a one-month period was made in March, 2019, a total of 318 questionnaires were response, the effective response rate was 95%. In those research hypothesis, nine were statistically accepted, which "system quality" has no statistical significance on "perceived usefulness" and "trust" on "Satisfaction". According to the Information System Success Model, the long-term care management information system is broadly discussed, which has the significant influence on the user satisfaction, hoping to provide more accurate satisfaction factors in all aspects, so as to be used as a reference for the future system revision and integration of the government.
