Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立中正大學 === 勞工關係研究所 === 107 === Our country became an old age society in 2018. In response to the impact of the aging population, our labor market policy has been revised to the direction of delaying the retirement age. However, whether laborers engaging arduous or unhealthy works can maintain the labor force as they grow older. Relevant policies must be considered. In references, it is found that at the present time, only public servants identified as arduous or unhealthy workers have complete regulations on labor policies while other general laborers do not. In foreign systems, Finnish surgeons are identified as arduous or unhealthy workers, and given preferential treatment for the early retirement. In this study, the possibility of doctors as arduous or unhealthy job is explored by means of in-depth interviews. With the 10 doctors in large hospitals with relatively difficult modality, the interviews found that doctors met the conditions of arduous or unhealthy work in our country. Some doctors may indeed be covered in the system of early retirement. However, this policy may not protect the rights of most doctors. This study suggests that more detailed research should be conducted in the future for the sub- division. If the application of the system were confirmed, coordinated sets of measures shall be drawn up.
