Summary:碩士 === 元智大學 === 機械工程學系 === 106 === The proton exchange membrane (PEM) water electrolysis cell has such advantages as high energy efficiency, high yield, simple system and low operating temperature, and the hydrogen is derived from water, and the product of combustion is water, too, so it's very clean and meeting the environmental requirements, but the water electrolysis requires high operating voltage, so that the decomposition of hydrogen molecules is accelerated, the water electrolysis cell is likely to age and fail. In addition, four important physical parameters (temperature, voltage, current and flow) in the water electrolysis cell during operation can influence its performance and life. This paper uses the micro-electro-mechanical systems (MEMS) technology to develop a flexible integrated (temperature, voltage, current and flow) microsensor applicable to the internal (high voltage and electrochemical environment) of water electrolysis cell, and the optimization design and production will be completed, it will be embedded in the PEM water electrolysis cell for real-time microscopic diagnosis and measurement, the internal local temperature, voltage, current and flow distribution uniformity can be measured instantly and accurately, so as to optimize the operating conditions. Final, conduct 100-hour accelerated aging long-term test inside the PEM water electrolysis cell, and the cause and mechanism of local aging and failure are discussed, so as to propose the method to prevent aging and failure.
