Description
Summary:碩士 === 元智大學 === 電機工程學系 === 106 === This paper proposes a non-contact alcohol detection system comprising new iris detection and an eye temperature and alcohol conversion. Through the FLIR thermal imager capture iris thermal images to get eye temperature. In this study, the authors need to get eye temperature, first of to do iris localization. The proposed iris localization method consists of two steps: eye extraction and iris extraction. Eye extraction method, FLIR thermal imager is used to get visible light image. Iris extraction method, iris localization obtained in visible light image. Through canny edge function to get edge image, to do chamfer matching and cut down the matching area, and finally use Hough circle transform to obtain iris image. Experimental results reveal that our proposed thermal image-based method performs well as the commercial device and thus show the feasibility of its use in real-world environment.
