Description
Summary:碩士 === 元智大學 === 資訊管理學系 === 106 === ABSTRACT Prior research examines the relationship between brainstorming process and outcome to reduce the impacts of production loss factors. However, the links are not well established and the antecedents need addition investigation. Therefore, our research model aims to mitigate the production loss factors empirically by considering the antecedents’ effects of interdependence (task and outcome) in project teams. Participants were 52 personnel that are familiar working on recent projects using ASD method and Traditional SD method. The data is analyzed in team-level. Results reveal only production blocking is positively related to team performance. This result indicate the need for additional investigation on the influence of personal composition, and to increase sample data to cement our thinking on improving brainstorming process.
