But based on the notebook industry's westward and the high turnover rate for key personnel, it is resulting in the low-price competition among this industry and cause a meager profit for notebook market. The current thermal industry is seeking for newer ideas, higher quality requirements, more competitive selling prices, shorter research and development time. The key points to business success and achievement for enterprises are to know how to control the project management of new product more precisely in order to make the research and development time shorter, reduce costs, and improve product quality and the successful launch of new products. In this case study, the objective is selected as the analyzed examples is based on a small and medium-sized thermal design and manufacturing company with a size of 40 or less employees. And analyze this selected company's problems in their new product management system. Based on the existing resources of the case study company and the analysis results of this study, a new product development project management system that is suitable for case study company was constructed to optimize the case company's new product development process and reduce the failure cost of project management to enhance the company's core competitiveness and achieve the goal of sustainable business operations.
