The biggest challenge in the touchscreen industry is competitive prices while meeting customer expectations and needs. In this paper,a series of improvements in the capacity of capacitive touch screen all-glass printing are made. The six standard concepts are used to improve the improvement of DMAIC. By defining,analyzing, improving and controlling six standard deviation systems to understand the impact of this process Of the cost of 23.08% to 13.38%,the overall cost savings of $ 8,422,700 costs. The cost of glass printing process from 23.08% to 13.38%,so that the case company to improve productivity and competitiveness,to achieve sustainable development of the ultimate goa.
