To explore the teaching styles of clinical teachers and learning outcome of new nursing staffs. Data were collected in structured questionnaire. This study included 171 subjects, including clinical nursing teachers and new staffs. Statistical analysis was conducted using a One-Way ANOVA. Different teaching styles produce significant differences (p<0.05) in new staffs’ learning outcome of integrated care, quality assurance management and professional development. The students' learning outcome of integrated care has statistically significant differences (p<0.05) in expert and authoritative, personal model, facilitating teaching styles. The students' learning outcome of the ability to quality assurance management has statistically significant differences (p<0.05) in expert and authoritative teaching styles. The students' learning outcome of the ability to quality professional development has statistically significant differences (p<0.05) in expert and facilitating teaching styles.
