| Summary: | 碩士 === 元培醫事科技大學 === 企業管理系碩士班 === 106 === The colorectal cancer was ranks as the top three cancer in Taiwan. The diagnose result of cancer by pathological examination is the top criteria so far in medical examination field. However, the interpretation of cancer pathology section still mainly relays on human eye check. With the development of information and communication technology (ICT) that could be applied to assist medical talent’s cultivation. Appropriated training system shall be designed for medical novice based on eye-tracking with expert’s eye interpretation process records. In order to achieve this goal, the quantitative method had used for data collection from four medical examination doctors. The selected and designed standard pathological slices of colorectal cancer samples had presented for interpretation. Descriptive statistic and consistence check was performed for examine the consistency of expert’s eye tracking path when interpret selected pathological slices. Result shows that high eye point, high cancer state check, and high prevention check was supported by statistical check, meanwhile, it reflected high consistence among experts. Suggestions will provide for medical education researchers, medical educators, medical learners, and medical administrators as decision-supporting information.
