Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立雲林科技大學 === 設計學研究所 === 106 === As living standards rise, most countries are facing the problems of food waste, obesity, and pickiness. According to the Taiwan Food Boxes Association, there are 10 tonnes of kitchen leftovers a day for nutritional lunches in northern schools. The huge waste of food and money cannot be underestimated. Countries are also aware of the seriousness of food waste. Many studies have pointed out that food- agriculture education can establish a correct dietary concept, thereby reducing food waste. According to the relevant literature, the researcher finds that the curriculum of food and agriculture education in Taiwan is relatively rigid, and the curriculum time and textbooks are difficult to be adapted. The research also points out that the food and agriculture education combined with experiential activities is more effective. Therefore, the researcher thinks that the flexible and experiential food and agriculture education Toolkit can solve the problem of food and agriculture promotion in Taiwan. In this study, the 4D process of service design was used as the research stage. After analyzing the classic cases of food agriculture, eight teaching modules of food agriculture education were integrated. According to the research needs, the " thanksgiving experience module " was selected from eight modules, and the food agricultures education toolkit was constructed. It is corrected before and after the actual field. The study concludes that the toolkit has the form of network and entity. The toolkit can effectively help novice teachers to set up food and agriculture education courses from scratch. Clear food and agriculture modules can be used for curriculum reference. Simple use of teaching, service blueprints and customer journey maps can help teachers master the process. It is pointed out that the teaching materials, teaching aids, teaching modules and teaching procedures of the toolkit can save teachers time for preparing lessons, strengthen the teaching willingness of agriculture, and achieve the goal of educating students and promoting the education of agriculture. The researcher designed a food agriculture education toolkit with service design tools and processes to help Taiwanese teachers promote food-farming education more effectively, so that the threshold of food agriculture teaching is lower and teaching is more flexible, and solve the difficulty of promoting food agriculture education in Taiwan and solve the problem of food waste.
