碩士 === 國立雲林科技大學 === 創業管理碩士學位學程 === 106 === With the development of the Internet, the trend and culture of filming live videos has been rising in the society. This trend make more and more people scramble to enter this industry and to have their own business. However, managing the business of live video is much more complicated than people imagined. It is necessary to keep learning and search resource and service to improve the quality of video content. Nevertheless, the service that integrate all the essential resources for the live business has not been released. Consequently, this plan is about constructing an integrated platform to help those new ordinary creatives can enter and understand the industry. The platform provides a series of service including devices setting, environment managing, lecture sharing, course teaching, resource sharing and video filming. To test the feasibility and marketability, I has done both the potential customer survey and interview and competition analysis for this industry. Moreover, I have also developed the short-term, medium-term and long-term proposal respectively for the future growth and trend of the industry.
