After excluding the males who were mistakenly filled, the number of valid questionnaires obtained was 316, and the effective questionnaire rate was 97.53%. After the questionnaire is collected, the input code is sorted, and the SPSS statistical software is used for analysis, and the distribution of the sample is described. The statistical methods used are described by description statistics and number allocation. The ANOVA test and the Scheffe method were compared for post-natal diet and lactation status and health promotion lifestyle. The purpose of this study is to study whether there is any difference in the health-promoting lifestyles between the medicated diet and the non-use postpartum confinement women. From the results of the study, it is known that among the six health-promoting lifestyles, the highest significance is self. The realization of the facet, in turn, is the health responsibility facet, the sports facet, the nutritional facet, the interpersonal support facet, and the pressure tube facet, all of which are less than 0.05, so the situation of taking the medicated diet after birth is promoted in health promotion lifestyle.
