Since ancient times, China has the custom of confinement, and postpartum care is commonly called confinement. "Confinement" is regarded as an important stage in the life of postpartum women in Chinese society. Postpartum women are confined to the body. It is necessary to establish a custom, through a balanced and healthy diet and the use of Chinese herbal medicines, can help the mother to recover. Also, because the confinement period lasts for 30 days, and sometimes even for up to six weeks, I hope that during this period, I can use the concept of traditional Chinese medicine diet and the purpose of the confinement itself to achieve maternal health care and physical health awareness. The link is to develop a healthy and good habit through confinement through the confinement of the confinement. The research questionnaire was collected in a retrospective manner. The questionnaire also included a health promotion lifestyle chart, a postpartum diet scale, and a postpartum lactation assessment form. A total of 324 questionnaires were sent out. After excluding the males who were mistakenly filled, the number of valid questionnaires obtained was 316, and the effective questionnaire rate was 97.53%. After the questionnaire is collected, the input code is sorted, and the SPSS statistical software is used for analysis, and the distribution of the sample is described. The statistical methods used are described by description statistics and number allocation. The ANOVA test and the Scheffe method were compared for post-natal diet and lactation status and health promotion lifestyle. The purpose of this study is to study whether there is any difference in the health-promoting lifestyles between the medicated diet and the non-use postpartum confinement women. From the results of the study, it is known that among the six health-promoting lifestyles, the highest significance is self. The realization of the facet, in turn, is the health responsibility facet, the sports facet, the nutritional facet, the interpersonal support facet, and the pressure tube facet, all of which are less than 0.05, so the situation of taking the medicated diet after birth is promoted in health promotion lifestyle. The situation of the six facets is significantly different. Wei-Te Liu 劉威德 2018 學位論文 ; thesis 95 zh-TW
