Desalination process can not only reduce the tube scaling and reduce equipment maintenance costs, but also improve product quality and reduce the cost of oil reprocessing.Thus, refineries are currently attaches great importance to the desalination process. In this study, we explore the experimental variables of ultrasound extraction procedures, including operating temperature, contact time, ultrasound power, oil and water volume ratio, extraction stage and reaction area.Then, the concentration of sodium salt and potassium salt obtained by solvent extraction was measured by ion chromatography instrument. Experimental design will use taguchi quality characteristics table and orthogonal arrays to design fundamental analysis of different experimental parameters for each factor, and then we can conclude four factors (temperature, time, ultrasound power, ratio) optimization condition and the influence of rankings from taguchi characteristic factor response table and Signal to Noise ratio factor level table.After that, the experimental design software (design-expert 11) was used to analyze whether the results were consistent with those obtained by the taguchi quality characteristics method.
