Searching for goods on the shopping site is the same. Although you know your needs, you must consider many factors to decide whether you buy them. The evaluation of the products is one of the factors that you consider. The review of the product represents the buyer's psychological expectation of the product, and therefore the demand is used as the search keyword in the search. This study stores all the information of the product in an ontology, including the comments of the product. Therefore, the search can more accurately find the products that the user needs. After the user enters a narrative, the study can extract the keywords in the narrative using the Jieba word segmentation, and use the SPARQL syntax to search for the user's needs, so that the user can find the product with the highest opportunity cost more quickly.
