Summary:碩士 === 國立雲林科技大學 === 電子工程系 === 106 === In this thesis, we develop four chips based on the process of TSMC 0.25 um CMOS HIGH VOLTAGE MIXED SIGNAL.(1)Signal Separation Transmitter, the chip is divided into two parts of the input and output. Using two adjacent wires to transmit high-frequency signals, to achieve the function of the transmission signal. It is possible to transfer signals between two united circuits to achieve a function similar to that of an optocoupler; (2) Built-in Buck Regulator for Flyback Back-end LED Dimming System: the chip is included three cores with start circuit, BUCK converter, and 8bit control LED dimming control. The start-up circuit is used for the BUCK circuit. When BUCK successful starts, then BUCK outputs 5V to supply the entire CHIP. The dimming Control circuit with 255 stages is implemented for LED driving. (3) Human Body Sensing Control with LED Driver: the chip with human sensing and environmental sensitivity is realize for automatic control. In additional, the manual switch with 16-order dimming function is implemented to control LED lighting, without the use of additional single-chip microprocessors. Either DC or AC power source can feed to the PCB demo for real-time system. (4) DC-to-AC Inverter Chip Design: the chip uses a digital control circuit to generate two different and opposite control signals to control the PowerMOS switch, in order to drive the transformer. When providing DC12V power supply, it provides AC110V , and 30W output. It can be used for light loads such as light bulbs with low power devices, however, we can increase output power by adding extra MOSFETs to promote output current.
